Log into your EDeadShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
